Sirojizhko S. Moral Values Education of High School Students in the Course of Christian Ethics.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of moral values education of high school students in the course of Christian Ethics study. The state of problem research in psychological and pedagogical theory and practice has been analyzed. Criteria and levels of moral values education of high school students in the course of Christian Ethics study have been defined. Main stages of the experimental work have been scientifically substantiated. Pedagogical conditions of moral values education of high school students in the course of Christian Ethics study have been substantiated and experimentally tested. Theoretical approaches, methods and forms of moral values education of high school students in Christian Ethics lessons, Humanities and aesthetic cycle lessons and extracurricular educational activities has been developed, the implementation of which has proved its effectiveness. Positive trend in moral values education of high school students has been achieved, as reflected in the results of the pilot study, effectiveness of the developed methods of moral values education of high school students in the course of Christian Ethics study has been confirmed.
