Essay

In the dissertation was grounded the structure of the model of compulsory pension provision in Ukraine. The main functions to be performed by each of the levels compulsory pension system. Analysis of the current state pension provision was executed and the reasons for the crisis of the pension system of Ukraine was revealed. The prerequisites for the introduction of compulsory state pension were substantiated The concept of improvement of the compulsory pension was grounded in the direction of the transition process to the new pension system. In particular, the interests of different age groups of employed persons were taken into account on the basis of structural distribution of contributions with regard to the period of accumulation and international social standards of replacement of wages. Scientifically-methodical approaches were improved to defy the retirement age and appropriateness of their usage based on the type of reproduction of the population of Ukraine and trends to life. It was proposed the mechanism of motivation of pensioners to continue employment with the aim of gradual transition to a higher qualification retirement age. To ensure the sustainability of the pension developed organizational structure and an optimal investment portfolio of the reserve Fund were developed, and also the criteria of effectiveness of work of the company that will be responsible for investment policy was defined.
