Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of special features of the information strategies and tactics in the modern French media discourse and of pragmatic means of their implementation for the sake of pragmatic effect of informing creation. In the research there was made a statement that information strategies in the modern French media discourse have a multi-vector realization and follow in several key directions. The major information strategies that were singled out are: anticipation facilitation strategy, strategy of the text information saturation, strategy of accessible reporting, credibility strategy and repositioning strategy. The pragmatic analysis of the information media discourse was held according to its genre, discourse and pragmatic characteristics. There were devised semantic and structure charts of the information articles' setup. Also there were analyzed the positioning types of an author's subject in the information kind of articles.
