The thesis analyzes markets of perfect and imperfect competition, factors that affect the dynamics of sales of goods under the impact of imperfect competition, justifies the application of dynamic economic and mathematical models to simulate the dynamics of goods sales in market conditions. The concept of modeling the sales dynamics of goods in markets of imperfect competition is made, based on market and product research methods, consists of five main stages and enables a company to increase its efficiency by optimizing the volume of sales of goods. The method of evaluating the degree of market imperfection on the market is improved, and is based on a composite index of competition. That allows to consider values of several indicators of competition and, based on the analysis, to make a final conclusion on the competitive situation in the studied market. A nonlinear mathematical model of sales dynamics of goods in markets of imperfect competition, that considers changes in market saturation, consumer purchasing capacity, and the indicator of competitive reaction is developed and implemented.
