Essay

This research focuses on cardioprotective activity of calcium channel blockers dihydropyridine line - amlodipine and dimeodipine against of doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy and adrenaline myocardiodystrophy. That is amlodipine and dimeodipine are able to improve the energy supply of the heart due to activation of the aerobic glycolysis and inhibition of the metabolic disorders in myocardial tissues and blood by maintaining glycogen and glucose, reduction of lactate, lactate/pyruvate ratio, LDH activity. It was investigated, that amlodipine and dimeodipine regulate energy homeostasis parameters in the myocardium of rats by renovating of the adenine nucleotides pool, normalize the processes of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in cardiomyocytes with increase of SDG activity. Introduction of amlodipine and dimeodipine to experimental animals provide improvement of contractile ability of the heart muscle in myocardium due to stabilization of the level of creatinephosphate, total and free creatine.
