Essay

The thesis is focuses on preventive efficacy of the original coordination compound of germanium VITAGERM-3 under conditions of hypoxic hypoxia with progressive hyper-capnia on the model of hypoxia of an enclosed space. Pharmacoprophylaxis effectiveness of VITAGERM-3 is realized in effective prevention of the widespread membranopathy formation in conditions of hypoxic hypoxia with progressive hypercapnia and is possible due to ability of the compound to "discontinue" free radical chain reactions, correction of imbalances in energy and carbohydrate meta-bolism and correction of acid - base balance of blood and major microelements. This, in turn, is possible due to expressed antiradical and antioxidant properties of the compound.
