Essay

Having analyzed philosophical, sociological, educational publications, the author has developed an understanding of general scientific notions, such as "health", "culture", "health culture", "formation of health culture", "cooperation", "health saving environment". Health culture is determined as a component of personal culture that is based on health valuing and contributes to saving, strengthening and recovering of health. Components, criteria and levels of primary schoolchildren's health culture are determined. Pedagogical conditions for formation of primary schoolchildren's health culture are developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed.
