Zhuravel A. Interviziya as a mean of preparation of future psychologists to implementation of professional career

The result of preparation to realization of professional career there must be psychological readiness of personality to professional activity and implementation of professional career. The structure of readiness of psychologist to consultative work as constituent of him psychological readiness to realization of professional career is improved. The insufficient level of development of most structural components of students-psychologists' readiness to consultative work is established. Found out factors which stipulate forming of psychological readiness of future psychologists to consultative activity. Essence of concept of "interviziya" is specified. The features of use of interviziya on the stage of preparation of future psychologists at higher school are certain. The program of practical work of "Intervision work is the way to the effective consultation and implementation of professional career" for students-psychologists is developed.
