Ishchenko S. Modeling of agricultural land market and its impact at economic dynamics.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of agricultural land market modeling and to the development of the tools for studying the processes related to land markets and the adoption of appropriate economic decisions. The author has developed the models of the market behavior of agricultural land owners and the models of agricultural land market in the space of economic variables within extended economic structure of society. Besides it is developed the models of agricultural land market describing a significant impact at the land market assets of the agricultural sector and transaction costs related to the modern market service. It is investigated the generalized model of agricultural land market and its impact at overall economic dynamics. Additionally, the author has designed the relevant information software for simulation experiments with the model and establishing at its basis the basic laws of social and economic processes in the transitional economy during and after formation of agricultural land market, including pricing processes related to agricultural land market and industrial products, services, balancing of which is essential for the development of modern social and economic systems.
