Essay

The thesis is devoted to experimental substantiation of the usefulness of the new complex compounds of germanium-based coordination bonds VITAHERM-2 as a means of drug therapy in early post-traumatic period in the model closed craniocerebral injury. Based on the results of pharmaco-metrical researches optimal dosing regimen VITAHERM-2 under its intraperitoneal administration to rats with closed craniocerebral injury: 122.94 mg / kg every 43.10 minutes of injury time. Analysis elimination VITAHERM-2 from the central chamber suggests that the closed craniocerebral injury accelerated processes of elimination, reflecting the parameters t1/2, Kel and MRT. Found that the closed craniocerebral injury increases the value of tmax, elimination half-time in urine and AUC while reducing Cmax and rate constants receipt VITAHERM-2 in urine.
