Gaydash E. Regulation of labor market conditions in Ukraine transnationalization of labor and resource flows

The object of research is the process of regulation of the labor market in Ukraine in conditions of transnationalization of labor resource flows. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on regulation of the national labor market in conditions of transnationalization of labor resource flows. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of scientific generalizations; analysis and synthesis, induction of deduction; economic and statistical analysis; systematic structural analysis; Comparative analysis of the logical and others. Theoretical results: consist in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the labor market and the development of organizational and economic levers of regulation of the labor market of Ukraine in the context of the growing process of transnationalization of labor resource component. Bottom line: consists in the fact that the implementation of the development of theoretical and methodological and scientific and practical form of organizational and economic basis of improving the regulation of the labor market of Ukraine in the context of transnationalization circulating part. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conceptual bases of research transnationalization of labor resource flows; improved: theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the labor market; organizational and economic bases of management of intellectual emigration; were further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor market research; organizational and institutional framework of labor market regulation; theoretical basis of studies of the effect of transnationalization of economic activity in the labor market development of Ukraine. Degree of implementation: the results of research introduced into practice of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Donetsk Regional Council; Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions; Donetsk Regional Employment Center; Donetsk Chamber of Commerce; Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk; JSC "Donetskstal" - Metallurgical Plant ", as well as the learning process of the Donetsk National University.
