The technique of estimation of the formation and development of social infrastructure in rural areas has been based. The interpretation of living standards in rural areas has been proposed. The estimation of the state of Khmelnitsky region agriculture has been done. Characterized the state of socio-cultural and welfare facilities in rural areas. The state of social infrastructure of rural areas financial support has been explored. Solutions to social infrastructure of rural areas development has been projected on the example of Khmelnitsky region. Balance financial support model of social infrastructure of rural areas has been developed and grounded. The state and dynamics of social infrastructure in rural areas of Khmelnitsky region has been analyzed. A factor analysis of relationship between socio-economic indicators has been done. Prediction regarding the immediate prospects of infrastructure industries development has been done as well.
