Object - musical-gaming activity of senior preschool-age children. Purpose - to ground theoretically and approve experimentally the methodology of developing senior pre-school-age children's communicative skills in musical-gaming activity. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the criteria (cognitive-gaming, emotional-expressive, improvised-communicative) and the indicators of the developed communicative skills of senior pre-school-age children in the gaming activity (children's knowledge of gaming, skills to explain the game rules, to organize and to conduct them, creative reflection of real and fairy communicative situations; the use of speech etiquette formulae during the game; the use of verbal, non-verbal means of communication and the children's ability to understand them; skills to build dialogical, trilogical, polylogical unities in game organization, to use different functional types of a dialogue) have been determined. The pedagogical factors of developing senior pre-school-age children communicative skills in the process of musical-gaming activity (content interconnection of communicative, musical and gaming activity of senior pre-school-age children; musical-speech support of children's gaming activity; creating reflexive character of gaming activity; children's immersion into active communicative-musical-gaming activity) have been elaborated. The levels characterizing senior pre-school-age children communicative skills development in gaming activity (high, average, satisfactory, low) have been determined. Practical results - the diagnostic and experimental methodologies of developing senior pre-school-age children's communicative skills in musical-gaming activity, texts of games, fairy tales and situations of musical-gaming character have been worked out. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, preschool educational establishments, higher educational establishments.
