Thesis is devoted to the problem of the development of teachers' organizational culture in the system of scientific and methodical work of the school of artistic and aesthetic profile. Methodological and conceptual foundations of the development of teachers' organizational culture are analyzed. The essence of the idea of "teachers' organizational culture of the school of artistic and aesthetic profile" is defined. The constituent parts and elements of teachers' organizational culture are extracted; the typology of school organizational culture is designed. The model of the development of teachers' organizational culture in the system of scientific and methodical work of the school of artistic and aesthetic profile is represented.
