Mostenets S. Forming of control system by profits and charges of households

Object of study: process of the formation the management system of income and expenditure of households. Objective: the scientific justification of theoretical-methodological positions and practical recommendations on improving the management system of household income and expenses. Methods: theoretical generalization and system analysis, induction and deduction, economic and statistical analysis, classical statistics, economic modeling and formalization. The novelty: for the first time justified a model of optimization system of income and expenditure of households, in order to ensure its ability to invest, which can be used at the micro level – for income and expenditure of households and at the macro level – to identify the areas of promotion, improved methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the revenue management and expenditure of households through separation of three groups of indicators: economic development of household, differentiation of population living standards and investment activity of households, three-level system of management by revenues and expenditures of households in which at each level are allocated objects and subjects of management, defined basic functions. Scope: in the activities of the Department of Agricultural Development of Volyn Region State Administration, Department of Economics of the Lutsk City Council, the Central Statistical Office in Volyn region, in the learning process of the Eastern European National University named after Lesya Ukrainka in teaching of subjects "Macroeconomics", "National economy", "Financial monitoring".
