Essay

The thesis based on the first set of patterns formation process of production cost of crushing mills decided urgent scientific task to reduce production costs by crushing plants of economic and organizational measures aimed at reducing the energy component of the cost, in terms of enterprise polyzonal electricity tariffs. We prove that the minimum cost of production achieved by processing raw materials with the highest rate of hardness in the period of maximum rate differential, and the lowest level of hardness in the period of a minimum of differentiated tariff, which allows using economic and organizational methods incentives plan and implement supply of raw materials for crushing achieve the minimum average cost of crushing raw materials for the planned period. It is proved that the cost of production of crushing plants by energy component has a nonlinear dependence on the size of the average range of raw material to the factory and has a minimum, which allows, in contrast to maintain a constant interval, to minimize the cost of production by economic incentives and organizational support optimal interval feeding ore based its characteristics.
