Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development and study of the preparation based on from Polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride and colloidal solutions of Silver and Copper nano-particles, which has a broad spectrum of activity. Conducted pre-clinical, complete clinical and complete analytical researches of the preparation. It was studied antibacterial, virucidal and fungicidal properties. The study of the preparation on indicators of acute toxic effect using of laboratory animals and through alternative methods (primary and passaged animals cell cultures and Tetrahymena pyriformis infusoria culture) was conducted. To develop drugs based on the results of studies related to the fourth class of hazard classification of chemicals according to the degree of danger. It was develop the manufacturing techniques of the preparation, studied the physicochemical properties and methods of its application. Experimentally proved that arhitsyd effective for disinfection of livestock buildings and safe for animals at concentrations of 0.2 – 3.0%. It has found effective concentration and determined the duration of its prolonged bactericidal action.
