Honcharuk N. Mathematical model for forecasting and management of cash receipts from paid services to universities.

The thesis consists of the basic principles of higher education financing in Ukraine and features of the foreign universities financing. Domestic and foreign approaches in improvement of the universities financial management are analyzed. Analysis of mathematical models for managing and forecasting the financial activities of the university is performed. Mathematical models are synthesized, which are based on a hierarchical system of formation of funds higher education institutions from paid services. It is performed an identification of fuzzy models control process of the of universities funds formation from paid services for technical, medical universities and technical college. The structure of funds sources of higher education institutions from paid services by constructing a hierarchical system is improved. The scientific and methodical approach of the synthesis of models of integrated auto-regressive moving average for forecasting revenues of any component of the special fund budget funding is improved
