This thesis is devoted to the problem of patriotic education of youth at vocational schools. The features of patriotic education of youth at vocational schools as the priority direction in current conditions are highlighted; current state of patriotic education of youth is explained; components, indices, level of patriotic education of youth at vocational schools are worked out; structurally functional model of patriotic education process with students at vocational schools is tested experimentally; pedagogical conditions are explained; organizational-methodical support of the process of students patriotic education is developed.
