The object of study: the regional social environment. The aim of study: the grounding of theoretical positions and the development of practical recommendations to the reproduction of regional social development with due account of effects of inter-territorial economic inequalities. Methods of study: method of logical generalization; method of structured grouping; statistics; method of systematic approach; econometric; mathematical methods of analysis. The practical significance of results lies in fact that the basic theoretical principles were brought to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations that were implemented in the activities of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Institute of Economic and Legal Research of NAS of Ukraine and others.
