Bashutska O. Modeling of budget and fiscal adjustment.

The thesis is devoted to the further development of theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches in economic and mathematical modeling system of fiscal adjustment at different hierarchical levels.To study the dynamics of the budget and forecast their change and appropriate planning of revenues and expenditures of state and local budgets, an empirical analysis of the performance of the budget process is conducted and a complex of mathematical models of the studied parameters is designed. This is a linear dynamic model with constant and variable coefficients, nonlinear nonstationary and stationary models of all the studied parameters, and the models of dynamics of state and local budgets total amount. The methods for setting the parameters of these models are described.There is designed an appropriate information and program software, aimed at carrying out simulation experiments with the model and at experimental researches of major trends and patterns of fiscal adjustment systems and getting the results that can serve as tools for decision support at the level of a region or country as a whole.
