The considered thesis gives prominence to the examination of project manager personality professionally important qualities system. It analyzes the opinions of scientists as regards professionally important qualities notion definition, offers the results of a conducted questioning and compares the levels of project managers and future project managers professionally important qualities development. The thesis under review discloses the results of the experimental validation of a programme aimed at the mentioned qualities formation and development in course of studying.
