Essay

The object of research is the system of advanced training of teachers in Germany; the subject of research is the arrangement and development of educational process within the system of advanced training of teachers in Germany; the main aim of research is to identify and generalize the experience of educational process organization within the system of advanced training of teachers in Germany and describe the possibilities to creatively implement these progressive ideas within Ukrainian educational system; the basic methods of research are the theoretical ones which include analysis of scientific literature in Pedagogy, Psychology and Methods of Teaching to develop the main statements of the research; the method of analytical interpretation to critically study the scientific books in Pedagogy, Psychology and Methods of Teaching by both home and foreign authors; the pedagogical comparative methods which enable to differentiate allomorphic and isomorphic features in the system of organization of further pedagogical education in Germany and Ukraine; the prognosis method to describe the possibilities of implementation of positive German experience in the system of further pedagogical education in Ukraine. The empirical methods of research include: the interpretation method to study scientific pedagogical sources of both home and foreign researchers to clarify aspects having been covered before; the method of term analysis applied to define key terms of the research; the problem comparative method to single out common and different features of educational experience in Germany and Ukraine. Supportive methods used in the research are the method of abstraction and generalization, the method of induction, deduction, interpretation, systematization and classification; scientific novelty of research lies in the fact that the researcher was the first to correlate social, economical, historical and pedagogical issues that helped to form and develop the system of further pedagogical education in Germany. Some special features of the educational model within the system of further education of teachers in Germany have been characterized. The content and structure of the modern educational process of advanced training of teachers in Germany have been analyzed. Allomorphic and isomorphic features of educational process organization within the system of advanced training of teachers in Germany and Ukraine have been defined. The basic statements as to the educational process organization within the system of advanced training of teachers in Germany have been specified. The general terms and notions of further pedagogical education and the influence of cooperation of teachers on the organization of educational process within the system of further pedagogical education in Germany have been given broader interpretations and explanations.
