Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the polymorphic variants role of CYP2C9, VKORC1, PAI-1 and FGB genes in optimal warfarin dosing in patients with mechanical heart valves. Determined by genotypes frequencies of CYP2C9, VKORC1, PAI-1 and FGB genes for patients with mechanical heart valves. It was prove the dependence of warfarin dose and degree of blood coagulation from genotypes studied genes. The role of all genes CYP2C9, VKORC1, PAI-1 and FGB in formation the response to warfarin, but the greatest contribution provides a polymorphic variant G1639A gene VKORC1. Defined genotypes, whose presence in patients allows to forms a high risk group of early occurrence blood overcoagulation and bleeding during therapy with warfarin standard doses. These results confirm the necessity for introduction in clinical practice of medical institutions genotyping before prescribing warfarin for a personalized trip to dosing.
