The thesis is dedicated to the studying of gastroprotective properties of grape seed polyphenols and the establishment of mechanisms of the anti-ulcerogenic effect. Based on our research results, experimentally justified the creation of liposomal form of grape seed polyphenols for the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer. Established that the emulsion of liposomes with grape seed polyphenols is harmless, it suppresses gastric secretory function and stimulate motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract in laboratory animals. Proved a significant gastroprotective effect of the emulsion of liposomes with grape seed polyphenols that by degree of severity exceeds gastroprotective properties of the reference drug altan. It is realized by improving the rheological properties of blood and microcirculation, inhibition of inflammation, restore the properties of the protective mucus layer, stabilization of cell membranes and inhibition of lipid peroxidation, that leads to reparation by type of restitution.
