Experimentally proven effective to develop a set of test cultures of microorganisms to determine the activity of a wide variety of antimicrobial agents (ampicillin, amoxicillin, penicillin G, tetracycline, erythromycin, streptomycin, gentamicin, neomycin, kanamycin, furazolidone, nitrofurantoin, chloramphenicol, bacitracin, sulfadimetoksin, ceftriaxone, cefazolin, trimethoprim) and their residues in raw materials and products of animal origin. Improved methods of long-term storage of test cultures of micro-organisms, intended to determine the activity of antimicrobial agents and residual amounts of a wide variety of antimicrobial agents in raw materials and products of animal origin. It is found that the biological method can be used as a screening in determining residues broad spectrum antimicrobials in feed and animal products.
