Essay

The thesis presents theoretical generalization of problem of development of abilities of facilitation, necessity of the use in the process of pedagogical activity. The state of the problem's development has been analyzed in psychology-pedagogic literature and pedagogical activity. On the basis of theoretical analysis of scientific sources essence of concept "development of abilities of facilitation of social teacher" is exposed. The criteria (base, valued-motivational, practical), indicators and levels (high, sufficient, middle, subzero) of development of abilities of facilitation of social teacher in pedagogical activity have been defined. The social pedagogical terms of development of abilities of facilitation of social teacher experimentally tested in professional activity (positive motivation of social teachers is to development of abilities of facilitation; forming of readiness of social teacher is to development of abilities of facilitation; providing of stage of process of professional self-development and self-realization of social teacher), the program of work of "School of development of abilities of facilitation of social teachers" is worked out and inculcated.
