The thesis of Nakonechna S.S. is devoted to the experimental research of the pharmacological properties of dense violet tricolor extract. It is defined conditionally the effective dose of violet tricolor extract, which is 25 mg / kg. It is established that this extract at a dose of 25 mg / kg exhibits antiexudative, reparative, hepatoprotective and antioxidant effect, moderate anti-proliferative, analgesic, hypouricemic, uricosuric, weak membranoprotective activity. The researches prove the prospects of further pre-clinical study of dense violet tricolor extract in order to create original anti-inflammatory medicines of plant origin for application in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
