Object - experimental burn disease; goal - experimental substantiation of Lipin use for pulmoprotection when thermal burns happen through the establishment of its impact on biochemical and morphological changes in the lung tissues of rats at different stages of burn disease; methods - biochemical, morphological, pathophysiological, pharmacological, mathematical and statistical; results - supplemented with scientific data on the mechanisms of biochemical changes in the lung tissues of rats in conditions of experimental burn disease in the detailed dynamics and mechanisms pulmoprotective action of Lipin in thermal burns of the skin; for the first time inhibition of free radical processes activation, reduction of nitrosative stress, the increase of antioxidant activity level, the decrease of protease-inhibitor imbalance and endogenous intoxication syndrome in lung tissue in burn disease under the influence of Lipin were shown; Lipin introduction on the background of burn disease effectively corrects the metabolic state of the lungs; for the first time introduction of Lipin were shown to reduce the signs of destruction of the connective tissue and reduce of the content of free hydroxyproline in the lungs of rats with burn patients; branch – medicine.
