Thesis is devoted to the problem of the effectiveness of management of the process of professional training of future educational managers. The theoretical review of scientific domestic and foreign literature is carried out on outlined issue. The essence of educational manager as a subject of management is characterized. It is substantiated complex criterion of efficiency of management of the process of professional training as level of formation of management competence of future educational managers. The model of the system of management of the process of professional training of future educational managers is developed; diagnostics and evaluation of its efficiency is carried out; the results of the research and experimental work are analysed.
