Essay

Thesis deals with the influence of corvitin and lipoflavon on the state of liver and kidneys, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism at experimental diabetes type 2 with obesity. In the diabetes type 2 in blood there is an increasing of the level of glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, lipoprotein fractions, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, leptin, alkaline phosphatase, the content of the average molecular weight, total bilirubin, creatinine, urea, decreasing of high-density lipoprotein, interleukin-4, total protein. Liver and kidney affection at the diabetes type 2 is accompanied by deviation of prooxidant / antioxidant balance and disbalance of mitochondrial enzymes. Corvitin and lipoflavon contribute to reducing of the levels of glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, lipoprotein fractions, increasing the number of high-density lipoprotein, total protein and interleukin-4, decreasing of the levels of leptin, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin, creatinine, urea, indexes of endogenous intoxication. They promote restoration of the liver and kidneys, as confirmed by the supression of lipid peroxidation processes, restoration of the content of the antioxidant system components and enzyme activity of mitochondria.
