Pranova I. Formation of healthy lifestyle of future teachers of physical education in the process of extracurricular work

This research focuses on the formation of healthy lifestyle of future teachers of physical education in the process of extracurricular work. Proved specifics of extracurricular activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle of future teachers of physical education. The criteria, parameters and the skill level of healthy lifestyle of future teachers of physical education, forms and methods of forming the modern lifestyle of students is detected. Analyzed the tendencies of deepening valeological direction extracurricular work in universities of Ukraine. Developed and experimentally tested system of a healthy lifestyle for future teachers of physical education, which aims to create systematic unity of strategic objectives, didactic principles, methods, organizational forms, diagnostic tools and involves activation of healthy lifestyle activities in high school. The feasibility and efficiency of the system shown the experimental data.
