Dissertation is devoted the questions of development of theoretical bases and methodical providing of processes of increase of welfare of population of financial credit service levers. Investigational modern features of forming of welfare and potential possibilities of the use of practice of financial credit service are with the purpose of influence on the increase of welfare of population and decision of social problems, the features of re-erecting and perfection of the financial credit levers of influence on welfare of population are certain. The analysis of processes of increase of welfare of population in part of decision of economic and financial obstacles of forming and increase of welfare of population, comparison of regions, is carried out after the level of estimation of welfare of population in comparing to the level of the financial bringing in and for the evaluation of influence of socio-economic transformations on the increase of welfare of population. The socialoriented financial credit levers of influence are offered on providing of increase of welfare of population, practical tool of their introduction through the exposure of specific of social necessities for the different groups of users.
