Essay

The object of study - the process of functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of youth employment. The aim of the thesis is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the organizational-economic mechanism of youth employment in Ukraine. Research methods. The study used as a general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, specification, classification, and special: economic and mathematical, statistical, benchmarking, rating estimation, comparative and correlation analysis, integrated assessment questionnaires. Improved: Conceptual bases of functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of youth employment; targets youth employment which focused on achieving social impact of multilateral partnerships between all stakeholders in the field of employment, training, minimize unemployment and social protection of young people; organizational support measures in the support and development of youth entrepreneurship. We got further development: theoretical principles to determine the nature of content categories "young", "youth employment"; Classification of the key functions of youth in modern society; scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of youth employment, which involves a comprehensive analysis of both the international dimension and the meso level; strategic principles of improving youth employment policies. Research results used: in the Department of Social Welfare Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Kirovohrad city centre of social services for family, children and youth in the Society "Knowledge", in practice private LLC "Aqua-Eco" and in the educational process of the University of current knowledge
