Opalenko A. Modeling risk-management system of the manufacturing enterprise

The author develops a concept of modeling risk-management system of the manufacturing enterprise, which includes five stages, bases on methods of optimization and structural modeling. The concept implementation provides the effectiveness of risk-management. The study improves the conceptual apparatus of researching risks in manufacturing enterprises with defining a "structural risk", "object of structural risk" and "subject of structural risk", "sources of structural risk", "structural risk situations" meaning as major structural components of risk; and organizational model of manufacturing enterprise, that consists of four layers, the structure of units subordination, defines the functions, powers and responsibilities. The separation of layer of accounting and control functions enables to determine the Department of Risk-Management in this organizational structure of manufacturing enterprise. The thesis develops a methodical approach of modeling the business structure and risk profile of the manufacturing enterprise, which considers the peculiarities of the manufacturing enterprise activity and strategic development goals, and allows assessing direction of acceptable changes in the structure of the enterprise business activity, as well as methods of quantitative risk assessment of manufacturing enterprise activity, that determine structural risk assessment to get comprehensive risk assessment.
