Object: Process of Ukrainian and foreign students intercultural communication in higher educational establishment; aim: theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of social-pedagogical conditions of social and pedagogical support of Ukrainian and foreign students intercultural communication; methods: analysis; monitoring the educational process in universities where foreign students; conversation test; method of theoretical modeling; constant and forming experiments; quantitative and qualitative processing of the survey results, statistical calculation by Student t-criterion; the novelty of the results of the study is that: socio-pedagogical conditions of social and pedagogical support of Ukrainian and foreign students intercultural communication are first determined, substantiated and verified to create student linguaprofessional social interaction environment conducive to intercultural communication; ensuring the activity of social interaction between students based on polysemantic scientific and methodological approach to make intercultural communication more efficient; enrichment of organizational activity tools for socio-pedagogical support of Ukrainian and foreign students intercultural communication through the formation of students sociocultural identification; emotionally positive attitude towards different world cultures and traditions; confidence in their own ability to establish an effective process of intercultural communication; The concept "intercultural communication students", "social and educational software," "social interaction", "linguaprofessional environment" were clarified, scientific understanding of students intercultural communication regularities were further developed, especially socio-pedagogical support of Ukrainian and foreign students intercultural communication; branch of science – social pedagogy.
