Matter: the process of pedagogic support of the orphans and children deprived of parental custody; aim: develop and experimentally check the concept and integrative model and justify the socio-pedagogic conditions of the pedagogic support of the orphans in the new social and educational environment based on the theoretical analysis of the studied problem; methods: analysis, summarization, systematization, socio-pedagogical modeling, content analysis of the regulatory, reporting documents, common educational orphanages, observation, surveying (polling, conversations, expert evaluation), pedagogic experiment, academic novelty: the notion of “the new social and educational environment”, that implies the updating of the socio-pedagogic approaches to the working with the lack-all children in the custody establishments and is created due to pedagogic support of them, has been defined in the dimension of the socio-pedagogic activities with the orphans for the first time, concept and integrative model of the pedagogic support of orphans in the new socio-educational environment has been theoretically substantiated, the essence of the notions “de-institutionalization”, “orphans’ sociality”, “socio-pedagogic conditions of the pedagogic support” has been specified and deepened in the context of the socio-pedagogic theory and practice, the perceptions of the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the child orphanhood problem have gained the further development, the results may be used by the social psychologists, pedagogic employees, practicing psychologists in the process of the pedagogic support of the orphans, in the system of the postgraduate training of the social pedagogists / social employees of the common education orphanages, family and youth social service centres, services in the matters of children support, working with the orphans; in the process of training of the future social pedagogists; branch of science – social pedagogy.
