Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of teenagers' readiness to creative self-actualization in the extracurricular educational work of general education institution. The role of extracurricular activities in the process of formation of the readiness to creative self-actualization of teenagers is theoretically substantiated in the paper. According to the research tasks, some problems of readiness formation have been analyzed, the structural components of formation of the teenagers' readiness have been defined, pedagogical-organizing terms of the process have been reviewed, and the corresponding formation technique has been developed and experimentally checked. Methodical recommendations for teachers on the formation of teenagers' readiness to creative self-actualization in the extracurricular educational work of general education institution are suggested.
