Object - the process of enterprises competitiveness management. Purpose - the studying of theoretical-methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the system of domestic enterprises competitiveness management by using mathematical modeling and related software. Methods: a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and deduction, synthesis, evaluation method for certain alternatives, mathematical modelling by using fuzzy logic and neural networks. The mathematical method of identifying the level of enterprises competitiveness has been proposed on the basis of mathematical fuzzy logic and neural network Hopfield that implement this process by natural expert language, without needs for assessment of all possible combinations of qualitative and quantitative parameters and with minimal time costs and financial resources, it enable controlling and monitoring the possible changes that come as a result from the impact of the dynamic development of the internal and external enterprise environments. Based on the author's mathematical models and methods, the software tool «COMPETITIVENESS» has been developed to assess the level of enterprises competitiveness for main industries. In order to further improving the level of enterprise competitiveness, the comprehensive target program «INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS» has been set by using DSS «Solon-2».
