The theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the formation and development of dealer networks were analyzed. A concept of modeling the processes of formation and development of dealer networks of machinery manufacturing enterprises was developed. A complex of models was proposed: an optimization model for substantiating decisions in the formation and development of dealer networks of machinery manufacturing enterprises, market share estimation model for machinery products for industrial use, methodical approach of formation and development of dealer network of machinery manufacturing enterprises and information model of process of formation and development of dealer networks of machine manufacturing enterprises.
