Lemeshko T. Quality management in the education project management enterprise information system

The approaches to quality management in the education Project Management (PM) Enterprise Information System (EIS) in a rapidly changing requirements of the external environment (market, civil society and the state), as well as of the consumer are considered in the dissertation. The conceptual model of the education PM EIS, based on universal document for quality management system in the field of education and science, quality management model and model of project portfolio organization. Improving the quality of projects is on the knowledge base of the best practices through the creation of new projects which are based on templates that are ranked by rating as integral index of hierarchical classification system. New projects that are based on templates, expanded to include the set of quality indicators and set of control points. This leads to the existing system which is equivalent by new system and displays quality score of the project in the new cycle of its development.
