Object of the research: the process of functioning of social capital; Objective: To further the development of theoretical positions and methodical support of an evaluation of the social capital at the macro-, meso- and microlevels; research technique and apparatus: methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural and logical analysis, dialectical, monographic, complex approach, morphological analysis, statistical, multiple regression analysis, cluster analysis, taxonomy, linguistic variable, the statistical processing of expert information, expert evaluation, case studies, graphics; theoretical and practical results: an evaluation of the theoretical postulates of social capital, which lie in its comprehensive and consistent assessment at the macro-, meso- and microlevels, based on the proposed elements of social capital in two main stages; methodical approach to assessing the functioning of social capital at the macrolevel of the circuit stages: formation and use; methodical approach to assessing the functioning of social capital at the meso-economic level, is the synthesis generated by the integral index-based taxonomy based system of its partial indicators and accounting impact of the proposed integral index of regional competitiveness; methodological support assessment of social capital at the microeconomic level, developed by scientific evaluation of the application scenario of internal and external components of social capital on the quantitative value of indices formation of social networks, trust, perception of values and norms, using the constructed fuzzy scales; identification of areas of accumulation of social capital, a feature of which is accounted criteria: the maximum value of entities, increase their profitability, increase the level of social protection of employees, the cost of human capital; the definition of "social capital," which is to allocate the most complete set of its special features; the structure of social capital, the allocation of the elements of its internal and external components, such as: social networks, trust, values and norms; the object and the degree of implementation: development implemented in practical activities of "Turboatom", in Borovsky District State Administration of Kharkiv region in the educational process of the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in teaching the discipline "Social Responsibility"; Scope: evaluation of the functioning of social capital at the macro-, meso- and microlevel, the learning process.
