The thesis of Mikhailuk E.O. is devoted to the study of hepatoprotective action of the 4-R-5 (alkyl-, aryl-, heteryl -) - 1,2,4-triazole in toxic hepatitis and studying the pharmacological activity of the specific compound leader (4-amino-5-(furan-2 yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol), which has shown itself to be the most effective and safe substance. The parameters acute toxicity of novel derivatives of 4-R-5- (alkyl-, aryl-, heteryl-) - 1,2,4-triazole with intragastric administration and found that the LD50 of the test compounds in the range 668-2430 mg / kg of substance and belong to the IV class toxicity of classification K.K. Sidorov (1973). Among the derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole selected most active ingredient 4-amino-5-(furan-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol (part number 2.8), which was recommended for future preclinical trials. New scientific data on the specific pharmacological activity of the compound 2.8 in acute and subacute experimental hepatitis.
