Essay

The dissertation is the first complex research of scientifically-pedagogical heritage of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University scientists in the 20-50th years of XX century. The role of scientific-pedagogical activity of scientists in reforming and building of the national education system in 1920th is examined. The experimental research of teaching staff were important for the comprehensive study of the child: the child's labour, pupils' working capacity during lessons, the testing method, the influence of environment on children's development, a professional orientation, children's interests. Basic directions scientific-pedagogical ideas of university teaching staff in 1920-50th are determined. In the didactic heritage the problem of teaching forms is selected: features of the use of Dalton's plan, project forms, excursion studies, complex studies and lesson studies. Scientific views on the teacher's personality and his professional activity in the researches' works are analysed. It is determined the role of the scientists in investigating the problem of pedagogical teacher training: the improvement of pedagogical disciplines teaching quality, practical training, forming of abilities and skills required for future teachers. The conclusions are done about actuality of teachers' scientifically heritage in the development of the modern education: ideas of national education, the comprehensive learning the child, the problem of the social and educational process.
