Romanchuk N. Complex Evaluation of Consumption Expenditures of the Well-Offs of Ukraine

The object – Ukraine's population and its Well-Offs; the goal – the development of the methodological approaches to the evaluation of consumption expenditures of Well-Offs in Ukraine and the defining of the directions for their use in economic and social policy; the methods which are used – historical and logical, monographic, dialectical, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, reasoning, comparison, classification, statistical analysis, statistical and mathematical simulation, synthesis, table-graphics; Novelty of the paper – methodological approach to the complex evaluation of consumption expenditures of Well-Offs based on the multiple sources data usage is proposed, the methodological approach to stratification of Well-Offs is improved; the methodical bases of evaluation of the households distribution by income including Well-Offs is improved, the methodological aspects of evaluation of consumption expenditures of Well-Offs in evaluation of certain macroeconomic indicators are further elaborated, the aspects of the application of evaluations of income and expenditures of the Well-offs are further elaborated, which allowed to formulate scientific and practical guidance on the application of the proposed approaches in the economic and social policies; Results – the identifying and stratification of Well-Offs in Ukraine are made, the Well-Offs' consumer expenditures and socio-demographic profile are evaluated, the influence of consumption expenditures of Well-Offs on inequality of Ukrainian population is defined; scientific and practical guidance on the application of the proposed approaches in socio-economic, tariff, tax policies is formulated; Practical application in economic activity.
