The thesis is devoted to the development and study of the drug, based on polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride, benzalkonium chloride and deltamethrin, which has a broad spectrum of bactericidal action. Conducted the preclinical, clinical and analytical studies of the drug "Heotsyd." In particular the reside of the drug studied bactericidal, fungicidal actions and influence on the ciliates insecticidal properties. A study of the drug on indicators of acute toxic effects of using laboratory animals, culture ciliates (Tetrahymena pyriformis). The developed medication belongs to a fourth class according to the classification of chemicals on the danger degree. The technology of drug manufacturing studied physicochemical properties and methods of application. It was experimentally proved that "Heotsyd" is effective for disinfection of livestock buildings and safe for animals at 0.5% concentration.The effective concentration and duration of its prolonged bactericidal action determined.
