Essay

The thesis presented theoretical grounding and practical solution of a scientific problem to clarify some etiological features of superficial pyoderma in dogs and improve their treatment with the developed remedy by using nanotechnology. Researched the course of pyoderma in dogs in Kiev: distribution, localization, dependent on age, breed and season of the year. Received new data of changes in blood at superficial pyoderma. Established banal microflora increased resistance to antimicrobial drugs in dogs with superficial pyoderma, which can be important for treatment protocols operation. Studied antibacterial activity of different concentrations nanoakvahelats Ag, Cu, Zn and their combinations against skin infectious agents in dogs. Clinically proved the feasibility of nanoakvahelats Ag and Cu in the treatment of dogs with superficial pyoderma. Investigated and proved the effectiveness of new antibacterial ointment "Nanosept" with nanoakvahelats Ag, Cu and KJ3.
