Semykina A. Increase of human capital competitiveness on the basis of social innovations

The thesis is devoted to generalization of theoretical and methodical basics and to development of scientific and practical recommendations concerning increasing of human capital competitiveness on the basis of social innovations. The essence of the human capital competitiveness (HCC) has been revealed, the factors of its formation are investigated and classified. The understanding of essence of social innovations (SI) and their role in increasing of the HCC have been deepened. The scientific and methodical approach to the assessment of HCC has been improved. The tendencies of development of the human capital of Ukraine and their influence on increasing of its competitiveness have been defined. The assessment of HCC at different economic levels has been carried out. The methodological principles which are the basis for the suggested mechanism of increasing of HCC on the basis of social innovations which allows to carry out an evidence-based choice of SI types and directions have been developed. The scientific and organizational approach to management of social innovations has been suggested. The procedure of using of applied packages of SI aimed at increasing of HCC has been improved.
