Essay

It has been found out that the decrease in the microbial contamination of the air promotes the increase in the indices of non-specific resistance of the animals: the increase in the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobin in the blood, total protein in the blood serum including albumins and ?-globulins as well as PhAN. As compared to the single-pen rearing housing of the calves in the group units, 10 heads in each stable unit, caused the change of the parameters of the microclimate of the units: rise in the temperature, relative humidity and total bacterial contamination of the air. As compared to the single-pen rearing, the worsening of the sanitary and hygienic conditions of microclimate in the group husbandry had an impact on the parameters of animal productivity, durability and non-specific resistance: the average daily live weight gains decreased, the durability rate reduced and the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobins in the blood and the amount of total protein, BABS, LABS, PhAN and PhI in the blood serum decreased. It has been proved that the use of probiotic tetralactobacterin and lactobiphidol stimulated the increase in the indices of non-specific resistance: the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobins, lysozyme, IgG, Ig M, Ig A, relative amount of T-lymphocytes, BABS, LABS. When the antioxidant arcusit was used the increase in the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobins, lysozyme, IgG, Ig M, Ig A, BABS, LABS, relative amount of T-lymphocytes was observed.
