The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of management of the process of professional competence formation in future music's teachers by means of pedagogical projecting. The concepts "Professional competence of future music's teachers", "The management by means of pedagogical projecting", "The management of the process of professional competence formation" are set forth. The model of the management of the process of professional competence formation in future music's teachers by means of pedagogical projecting has been set out. The pedagogical research with the described problem proved the effectiveness the management by means of pedagogical projecting for formation the professional competence of future music's teachers. Research results can be used in practical activities teachers of the institution of high education.
